About the event
You're invited to join a powerful and nurturing women's circle for a special cocoa ceremony!
Gather with us as we come together to honor the sacred cacao plant from Indigenous people of Costa Rican jungle and embrace the spirit of sisterhood. The ceremony will offer a space for deep connection, heart-centered sharing, and inner reflection.
Date: June 28th 4pm
Location: Private residences in Weston, CT
During the ceremony, we will partake in a traditional cacao ritual, allowing the gentle spirit of the cacao to open our hearts and guide us on a journey of self-discovery. Together, we will set intentions, release what no longer serves us, and support each other in our individual and collective healing.
Whether you're seeking a sense of community, looking to deepen your spiritual practice, or simply craving a space for introspection and connection, this gathering is for you.
Please RSVP to reserve your spot and feel free to invite other sisters who may benefit from this heartwarming experience. Receive $22 off your ticket by inviting your friend.
We look forward to sharing this soul-enriching experience with you!
With love and light,
Radika Tikem
Bellow you can find benefits of consuming cocoa:
1. Mood Enhancement: Cocoa contains compounds that can promote the release of endorphins, which are known to enhance mood and create a sense of well-being.
2. Antioxidant Properties: Cocoa is rich in flavonoids, which have strong antioxidant effects that may help to protect cells from damage caused by free radicals.
3. Heart Health: The flavonoids in cocoa have been associated with potential benefits for heart health, including improved blood flow and lower risk of heart disease.
4. Improved Cognitive Function: Some studies suggest that the flavonoids in cocoa may have a positive impact on cognitive function and brain health.
5. Mineral Content: Cocoa is a good source of various minerals, including magnesium, iron, and potassium, which are important for overall health and well-being.
6. Skin Health: The flavonoids in cocoa may help to improve skin texture and hydration, and some people find that consuming cocoa can contribute to a healthy, radiant complexion.
It's important to note that these benefits are associated with moderate consumption of pure, minimally processed cocoa, rather than sugary, high-fat cocoa products commonly found in the confectionery industry.
